About Almanac Weather

Almanac Weather was created to make checking the weather feel simple again.

A lot of weather sites have become crowded and distracting. Instead of giving you a quick, clear answer, they bury the forecast under pop-ups, interruptions, and full-screen ads. Almanac Weather takes the opposite approach: it is built to be fast, readable, and easy to trust.

It also avoids oversimplifying the forecast. Weather changes throughout the day, and one icon often does not tell the full story. A small chance of rain in the morning should not define an otherwise clear afternoon. Almanac Weather gives more weight to the day’s actual progression, with hourly detail that helps the forecast make more sense.

To do that, it combines trusted public data sources, including NOAA and the National Weather Service, NOAA NESDIS imagery, USNO astronomical data, NASA moon imagery, and Open-Meteo, into one friendly view.
